ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing:

 All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your requests. Your order is picked and packed. What does this include? This process starts with your order being printed and reviewed for any potential questions or clarifications and then off to our pick and pack team. Once your order is picked and packed it is handed off to our shipping department. Shipping will make arrangements with USPS or UPS, depending on size and weight of your order. This entire process in most cases happens within 48 hours and your package is on its way.

If you have a special request to expedite your order, feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to help you with your special request.

 

Shipping Policy:

Sunset Palm Candles only ships to the contiguous United States {lower 48 North America states}.  If you have a special request outside this set parameter you may contact us and we will consider your request.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refund Policy:

Any product that is damaged in shipment we will replace as quickly as possible. We require a picture of the damaged product as well as a picture of the unburned wick. Our replacement orders follow the same procedure as processing a new order. All refunds are issued via a store credit for the product amount plus an additional $5.00, as our gift for your inconvenience.

Quality & Guarantee:

 

  We guarantee this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. If you are not satisfied and feel that we misrepresented our product we will replace it in like size with any other scent. All shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer.
